<<...>> <<...>>

I final have a way to take some pictures.  Hopefully now I will update this page on a regular basis.  I have been here for over a month now.  I was place in the station captains position when I first arrived as the ranking Staff Sergeant on shift.  That is normally how it works.  I was just waiting until someone that out ranked me arrived.  When that happened they took over the position.  It was not long before the assistant chief called me into his office and asked me to have the job back.  He said that he liked my style of leadership better and thought I would be better for the job.  I have been station captain ever since.  Hopefully I will not let him down.  This is probably the most least sought after job in the fire department.  You have all of upper management tasking you with everything and everyone below you comes to you with there problems.  It has been good for me though.  I have learned much and have grown in this position.  It will be good for my career if this is the road I continue on.  I will try to update now and keep everyone posted on things.
